Toni was nothing short of fantastic to work with. She represented us this past summer on our purchase of a home in Sunset Cliffs, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Our situation was not an easy one: Toni got our offer accepted with a financing contingency, even though there was a backup all-cash offer on the table that was higher than ours. That alone tells you the caliber of advocate she is. From offer through closing, she guided us through every step of the process and made sure we understood the ins and outs at each stage. She also helped us secure an excellent home warranty, which has already proven helpful since we moved in. And she went above and beyond at closing — she surprised us with a brand-new, top-of-the-line microwave and brought champagne (and nonalcoholic champagne) so we could toast the new home together. Thoughtful touches like that say everything about how she treats her clients. If you're looking to buy in San Diego, work with Toni. She helped us land our dream home, and she'd do the same for you.

We recently worked with Toni to purchase an investment property in the La Mesa area, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Toni was incredibly patient, showing us numerous properties until we found the right one. Our deal was quite complex, involving a property with liens and pending lawsuits, but Toni expertly mediated with the seller, resolved conflicts, and helped finalize the deal. Even after the property closed, Toni continued to assist us. The seller had not updated the MLS and there were outstanding issues, but Toni worked diligently with the MLS to get everything updated. Her dedication and support throughout the entire process were invaluable. We highly recommend Toni and wish her all the best in her future endeavors!

Toni was a pleasure to work with. Her knowledge of the local market, dedication to finding us the perfect home, and her perseverance were impressive. Toni's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the home-buying process stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend Toni to anyone looking for a realtor who goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Proactive, helpful, and honest! Would gladly work with again!

We had an outstanding experience working with Toni as our realtor! From the beginning, she was incredibly responsive and communicative, always keeping us in the loop and addressing our concerns promptly. Toni truly understood the nuances of our unique situation, which made us feel confident and supported throughout the entire process. Her ability to reply quickly and provide necessary documents was so helpful and made the process smooth and stress-free. Beyond her professional skills, Toni is also easy to talk to and a joy to be around. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a real estate professional!

I don’t even know where to begin, there are so many amazing things to say about Toni! She patiently walked us through the process of purchasing a home and was available every step of the way. She listened to all of our wants and needs. She’s an ally, a friend, an advisor…she’s knowledgeable, dedicated and trustworthy. 10/10!! Fantastic to work with through the entire process, THANK YOU Toni!
